techisbest...What is surprising to me is HydroQuebec has the clout and the engineers. Hasn't it been reported that HQ has furnished engineers for R&D?

The way I understand it...HydroQuebec Capitech's money was for purchasing a 20% share of AGES. Even if used for R&D it would be AGES' money. [Some probably was used.]

This is a marketing video. The name of HydroQuebec being used is to impress potential customers and show them credibility for AGES.

Someone with leverage was impressed with Bill Barber as FASC agreed to give up the managing of AGES. FWIW/IMHO.
