I agree with these points. I just hope that Toyota doesn't succeed in dragging this out for another ten years. Under those conditions, SOLM might be vulnerable to a "peanuts" buyout. Otherwise, I agree. In fact, it seems to me that $2-3 is probably a minimum value if SOLM wins the lawsuit or Toyota concedes its infringement. It could be much higher than that.
