this 1.5 billion and 846million needs clarification - i read through this S1 REALLY quickly but that stood out as something which puzzled me.
Jim bickels 300 milion shares or so was said to be 18% of the OS so i think 1.5billion is OS right now.

Liu and Nerison only have comon shares so hoepefully that means dilution will be kept as minimum to preserve their % of the company.
