Not ta harp on this 1 but.....here's 1 case example....well 2 incldg'g myself....

My dad was an early waker all his work life....up no later than 4:30 EVERY AM...& 5:30 on the wknds....he's been in retirement now for over 15 yrs & was never able to sleep in. In fact to this day & for his entire retirement yrs thus far, he wakes up beteeen 4 & 4:30....heads down to the club for a workout....& get this, they actually gave him the key to the place so he could open up & start a pot of coffee up...LMAO!!

Anyway...pt is, wake up ( & I ant even talkin about no sleep...lol) early your whole life & u get so used to it that it will be incredibly hard to reprogram your brain. & when u consistently dont get any sleep, I can only imagine what that will do to you. You do realize that sleep deprivation is a form of torture dont ya?

My 2nd example is me but I dont have time for that one right now (lucky board)....got the AM daddy-do's..today is kidless day for 90 mins or so....wooo-whoooo!!!

Back later.....
