COMPANY VISION

Radio frequency identification (RFID) is hardly a new technology. The concept was first developed over 50 years ago as a method of identifying friendly aircraft during World War II. Recently, however, the technology has received great attention due to a confluence of events, including technology advancement, heightened security concerns and a greater emphasis on cost control.

If 2003 was the year the market awakened to supply chain-based RFID, 2004 will surely be the year for RFID. The two mandates till 2005, set by Wal-Mart and the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD), pushed RFID into the public eye, and moved it from company science experiment to boardroom priority, with a focus on improving enterprise-wide operations.

Manufacturers, the suppliers to Wal-Mart and the DOD, are diving into an increasingly busy RFID market already brimming with developing standards, large company entrants, start-up software developers, and numerous systems integrators.

As an early stage software vendor in the RFID business, Allixon believes to lead the success in implementation of RFID systems with inventory management, logistics, and other enterprise solutions centered on the EPC Network.

Irene: Yes, the company name and ticker are changed as Allixon Corporation and AXNP.

Tom:. When might you expect to get the stock back on the OTCBB?

Irene: We’re in the process of filing and it’s almost filed. So we can get the stock back on the OTCBB pretty soon.

Tom: OK, lets talk about the business of Allixon Corp. It is stated on your web page that RFID Middleware and Mobile Internet solutions for device computing... let start with RFID Middleware, what is this and how does it work?

Irene: Generally, RFID middleware captures data from RFID tags and readers and allows many applications to share resources with one common interface instead of a separate interface for each application.

Tom:. URIS... tell us about this...

Irene: As an advanced RFID Middleware, its full name is Ubiquitous RFID Integration Solution. In URIS, Savant was developed as a core component and it’s the same as Auto-ID solution specification.

As a general function, URIS gathers real-time data from RFID readers then filters and distributes them to other database systems and it can also integrate enterprise applications with RFID systems easily. Most powerful point is that URIS can integrate whatever kind of RFID hardware and enterprise applications. Till now, we already developed RFID reader interfaces for major RFID readers - Intermec, Metrics, and Alien Technology and tested to integrate enterprise application of SAP, Microsoft and IBM with URIS.

Tom:. How about your m-Banking solution... what is this and how does it work?

We released the m-banking solution based on two different platforms, but providing the same services – Inquiring view of accounts, Inquiring accounts transaction history, Inquiring view of accounts, Inquiring view of checks, Inquiring exchange rate, Transferring service, Credit card service, and other additional services

Tom: Allixon, what are your current revenues?

Irene: In this year, sales go up sharply comparing with last year and massive revenues will take place in the second half of the year- (As our revenues, we expect approximately 2 or 3 million dollars in this year.)

Tom: How about profitability?

Irene: RFID Middleware and Mobile banking solution are very high value added products and RFID Middleware becomes to make the hottest new potential growth market so we sure that profitability is going to increase in process of time.

Tom: How well is Allixon financed to continue growth?

Irene: Now, it’s perfectly positive situation for us. We’re preparing 4 projects for Korean government and 2 projects for a university and private company. Almost projects will be started in next July so we can show the sales growing after the first half of the year. Most of all, we’re in the process of attracting the investment in 3 quarter of the year.

Tom: The capital structure for AXNP... how many shares outstanding and what is in the public float?

Irene: It’s about 240 million shares and 40 million shares are in the public float.

Tom: The stock is trading between 2 and 3 cents... what is management doing to increase exposure of
the Company, its products and the stock in the marketplace?

Irene: Allixon is the company originated in technology and acquired various experiences in RFID systems In these days, Allixon’ve won recognition in the consulting for RFID business model that gives us the chance to make more business.

After implementing our solution, URIS, in some projects, in Korea, Microsoft Korea, IBM Korea, Fujitsu Korea, LG and Samsung acknowledge our ability and possibility in beginning of this year. Now, we’re entering into an alliance with them to expand RFID business and the name value of Allixon becomes higher than before in Korea. So we’ll keep informed of these facts in NASDAQ website actively.

Tom:. Allixon Corp... your goals... where do you expect to see the Company a year from now?

Irene: Our goal is to become a global company. So firstly, we plan to develop an aggressive marketing for publicizing our RFID Middleware, URIS, targeting in America and Canada. As a visual business activity, we’re in contact with American companies and German companies to come to RFID business.

Tom: Why is Allixon Corp a good investment?

Irene: Although Allixon was established in January 2003, we sure, Allixon have potential manpower, especially professional engineers and marketers who have distinguished experiences in RFID field. As RFID market is being watched with so keen interest with expecting to grow up fast, Allixon can join in the stream of the times as a leader because of our RFID middleware solution that is regarded the core in RFID systems.

When we developed our solution, we considered the Auto-ID solution and EPC that are possible to be the world standard in the near future so there is no problem to enter into any countries’ RFID market.

Many research companies say It’s the time for RFID market to be bigger so we think it’ the time to invest in RFID, especially Allixon may bring on great advantage for investors.
