No. I watched him as he claimed that "his people" were shorting IBM a couple years back. I don't know who "his people" were. . but they probably lost their shorts. No pun intended!

He started really pushing back in February of this year. Might have been March. I'm not sure and I'm not going to look it up. Anyway, he got a little pushy after I forwarded the previous posted questions. They wouldn't answer them in any way shape or form so I figured they didn't have a mission or a vision. . .they were just taking money. Therefore, I let them know exactly that. I didn't really care at that point. In fact, I really don't care now. However, when I got home I sent him a note saying I apologized for my instigations. I really didn't give a crap but figured what one deals out to the Universe eventually comes back to them. Then he said "Apology accepted!" in a BIG flambouyant email.

After that, we exchanged a few more emails and got to talking about writers. I told him some of my favorite authors (and he claimed to have read Ayn Rand when he was 8 years old) and mentioned Gerry Spence as one of my all time favorites. He said he also read all of Gerry Spence's books and that if I could get Gerry Spence in touch with his organization he would give Gerry's college a major endowment. It all sounded very strange, but I thought if this guy (ACS) would support Gerry's college in any way, I'd certainly believe he was legit! So, I got ahold of Gerry Spence. I told him that there was some individual . . .apparently, Hungarian, who wanted to give his college a major endowment. As all he had to do was call "Paul". That was who ACS said to call. So I figured, it couldn't hurt. Gerry gave me a call and then I told him the story. Both of us discussed how this came about and I told him it was just someone I ran across on the Internet.

(Believe it or not, I am making a long story short)

Well, anyway, after he had contacted Paul apparently there was information exchanged between Paul/ACS and Gerry Spence that Gerry didn't agree with. Gerry gave me a phone call (instead of Returning ACS's phone call) and told me that "He is not going to get involved with suing the government". I will tell you this much, Gerry Spence was very kind and respective the whole while. Anyway, we closed with respective words. He is truly a great man.

So, from there. . .just for me helping ACS get in touch with Spence (I guess ACS couldn't figure out how to pick up the phone himself) he provided me with his Penny King promises that I suppose he's made to many others. You should read it, it's amazing. LOL. The best thing I've learned from the experience is never to touch another penny stock again. Never. I have figured out how they operate. I suppose everyone will, with due time. My personal beliefs are that the OTC BB and the Pink Sheet stocks should just be shut down. If a company can't qualify for a legitimate listing, they should not be listed anywhere. It's all very fishy. But nobody takes action against it. They let it continue to exist. That is the most confusing part of it all. Investors figure since a company is listed on any exchange. . .they must have some degree of legitimacy about them. But NO! That is absolutely NOT the case.

Live and learn, I suppose. I am glad, however, that I found out about the OTC BB and Pink Sheets. I think it's important for every fool that gets involved with the market to at least look into what is going on. However, money is best invested elsewhere.

Peace,
