No, that is not what I'm saying. My contact does not work directly for the company and I have personally never spoken to any of the officers of the company. My friend is a venture capitalist and helps companies raise money and is involved in their M&A activity. He is my only contact.

The only information that I was given is that there will be a letter going out to existing shareholders when they make their announcement about the companies new business direction. Also, I found out last week that the new business is expected be in the area of alternative "green" energy.

Lastly, as far as spreading the news that was basically my decision to discuss this on the I-Hub boards. For the past several weeks I have been asking when I could tell my friends about this opportunity and was given the OK late last week. I already regret doing this because of the delay.
