Although this post is not from the Hemi board it is directly related to Hemi.

And based on the statements made within this post and given todays .003 move up (+30%) by Hemi and what IMO appears to be chart supporting action being put in by Hemi during the past week I want to share this directly with the Hemi board as an example of how extreme some information is being communicated.

http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=33599863

This post indicates that Hemi could bottom @ .003!?!? @ .003 based on the A/S of 100,000,000 not the O/S, that gives Hemi a market value of $300,000 and that is based on the A/S!!!

Just the Wyoming deal of 10/15/08 provided Hemi $475,000 NET!!!!!!!

That in itself is .00475 per share based on an A/S of 100M!!!!!!! NOT USING THE CURRENT HMGP O/S

Now how about the other side of the agrument using some simple additional valuation estimates on Hemi just based on hard assets (NO PROVEN O&G RESERVES) and lease land potential value estimates of Hemi.

Again IMO the following are my own conservative estimates based on the Hemi least interested non performing & non-core Wyoming lease deal providing Hemi $475,000 NET:

Equipment Inventory valued........... ~$300,000 - $400,000 (including 33000 Pulsar) And I am probably conservative in this value
Bakken ND lease...................... ~$1,000,000 - $1,500,000
Sabine (Haynesville Field) TX lease.. ~ $500,000???
Barnett TX lease..................... ~ ???????????
NM Lease site........................ ~ $500,000???

Total Estimated value hard assets.... ~ 2,300,000 - 2,900,000 + Barnett Shale leases.

Divide by 100,000,000 A/S = 0.023- 0.029+ hard asset value per share based on A/S in addition to the Wyoming deal proceeds of .00475 per Hemi share

Now you calculate, in addition to the hard asset value, the real hidden value in the additional potential value of the Hemi operations + proven O&G reserves of SEK Hemi + the research and detailed records + the personal of Hemi in a buy out option.

IMO the only .003 numbers that one will see in Hemi are the delta's of the daily change such as todays Hemi action.

Can you spell under valued??

Comments??? All are welcome
