The article didn't say it would ship with Windows or that OLPC would use Windows or accept Windows only that Microsoft was preparing a version of Windows to offer to them.

"It's unclear whether the OLPC foundation will accept Windows, as it previously stated it would like to offer use open source software that would allow its users to modify it."
