Absolutely. Not sure exactly what Tom's vision is here, but I am sure he went on this trip with specific goals in mind. Since he doesn't really talk or tip his hand about anything, to our ongoing frustration, we probably won't know for awhile. The possibilities are pretty obvious. Hopefully, he is making progress while most are circling the wagons. From recent PR:

Mentioned overseas twice and then goes on trade mission to China.
