I don't know. Maybe the numbers are generated from each exchange?? RVGD appears here as well on the Nasdaq site--just download the Friday, 11/14/08 file.

P.S. I'm not a shareholder here...just watching for now, so I can't speak to your other question other to say that 45 million sounds like a lot of shares, but of course it's all relative depending on the number of shares outstanding...and volume..and other factors too.
