Until Intel can get 4+ socket versions of Nehalem out there the comparison will be between Shanghai and Xeons with FSBs.

Unless 2s Nehalem is similar in performance to 4s Shanghai
but at significantly lower system price and power. That kind
of disruptive situation certainly would cost AMD a lot in server
MPU ASP to try to respond to the only way open to it.
