Fannie Mae-No Politics (FNMA)

Yippie is right!! Thats the same day I bought. Maybe I should open my own hedge fund. CHUD Investments LLC.

Anyway as the credit crisis deppends it meams more fear. When that happends it means we might have more regulation.

I see 3 things that would make FNM shoot up fast.

1) 3 month moratoriam on forclsures (already proposed by our President elect B. Obama.)
2) stabilization of home prices (not likely soon IMO)
3) or big investment banks and hedge funds buying on speculation....

Oh wait # 3 is happening. Goldman Sacks bought FNM on Friday and Sears Holdings (SHLD) CEO and Hedge fund guro announced he to has invested a large position in FNM.
