Here is an expanded article from the Seattle paper that's following the Entellium story.

I'll go so far as to say there's a very strong possibility that this debacle could bring Entellium down, altogether. Other CRM companies have been swooping in, taking customers away from them. When you lose trust in this business, you lose everything.

That, of course, affects MCRT/ASPZ very adversely since ASPZ, you may recall, sold it's Entellium shares to MCRT for a $10M promissory note. A note that may become worthless!

Since this story has been unfolding since this summer, it may explain why the MCRT dividend was delayed. I wouldn't be surprised if MCRT is abandoned.
