IM HERE WITH YOU! It seems a pretty large amount of shares to me. My take on it is that by increasing the o/s to this level, he may have a better chance on getting the cd holders to take a cash payout due to the lack of value or potential value, then when there all paid off, do a share reduction. This would get rid of the crazy cd holers and keep the a/s count down. just a thought, you know he is in a impossible situation. Due to there own poor forsight in cd contract negotiations.
