Good question, They are certainly Taunting The Fed's though with ALL of These statements etc. Mr Lumb better realize that this is not the UK or South Africa.what Steve and his buddies have been stating ARE NOT FORWARD LOOKING, THEY WOULD BE CONSIDERED INTENTIONAL DECEPTION.. But also think of this , maybe all of the lieing and decption,cheating and swindling, Steve has done he has finally just maybe lucked out?
