FYI boys and girls... get a grip... The declaration of 41million shares is a beginning not an end.... Think of this as a chess game. Ok, funny thing is "the shorts" who normally roll over the little company "SPNG", just another OTC joke player.... Now, after betting against them... They have just found out the player is Bobby Fisher. Now, they say, oh no!!!, but instead of giving up, after risking all this money, they are going to battle to the end... Now "bobby" aka SPNG, needs to start moving all their pieces into position.
Let me take you through the steps...
1. Sell a patented product that could change an industry.
2. Market product through extensive advertising.
3. Brand themselves into Americas Cleaning Company.
4. Build relationships.
5. 50 million buyback.
6. Management provide fiancing.
7. Closed deal with Nick/Viacom, a major player.
8. Increase sales, deliver real results. Up'd guidance to 40million, that does not inclue Viacom/Nick numbers.
9. Nascar and Howard Stern, real players!
10. Extensive sports advertising.
11. Major investor declares he's sitting on 41 million shares.
I would say the chess match is far from over, I see SPNG setting up for a checkmate in the near future...
The shorts are on the losing side of this game. They can only hope the longs get tired of waiting... but then all they do is save some money from the weak longs...LOL..
The real players are not selling in my opinion.... they have done their homework, they know that SPNG is going be pulling in Rev's over 100 million soon and that management has a game plan and will reach checkmate..
good luck... I will sit back and pick up some more shares... I don't have 41million, but someone who does isn't risking that type of jack on a "i hope this company succeeds..."
