I maybe way off here cause I didnt have my 4 cups of coffee yet...but doesn't a RS increase the PPS and a FS decrease the PPS? So in order to maintain the PPS and move forward and up farther hopefully to reward shareholders the divy was to be issued like this. Just a thought. But maybe I am way off base.
