This Alfie filing is OK, but the filing I REALLY want to see will be by Gee when he informs the SEC about his 8M shares and how it is just over 5 percent of the outstanding shares...

Some bashers here will frantically be calculating away, only to realize that SPNG has reduced its O/S total to 150M.

Some more frantic calculations will show them that $30M in earnings will translate to 20 cents of EPS, supporting a price well up over $2.

At that point, the will wish they had seen the picture a tad sooner -- like back in the fall of 2008.
