Would you pay $100K to $200K for something just to let it sit? Look, if he's not going to implement his own plans for this, he WILL sell it. I would bet my life on it. It may be sooner or it may be later, but it will happen.

And it's not about the license, he doesn't need this to operate with the broker dealer license.
