First - it absolutely implies that they have worked out their differences.
Second - it's almost worded in such a way that would imply that there's more to their relationship now. I know that both of them have been named in the lawsuit, but don't you think that if there wasn't a deeper relationship there, that Kidz-Medz would have said something like "we want out - we're just a distributor" instead of spending THEIR money to fight it???
Wonder what the implications of Kidz-Medz being a subsidiary of Technimed would be... Cheaper Product - more product - maybe no more BV.
