It seems to be two different companies:

1. "Spongetech, Inc" based in Los Angeles

and

2. "Spongetech Delivery Systems, Inc" based in New York

Seems odd that two companies with products that are so close to each other have similar technologies AND names... perhaps this should be something SPNG would care to comment about?
