Why does he buy 50k stock worth 5 Dollar? Even to submit the filing to the SEC would cost him more!?? Any ideas? My guess, why J.T. Browning is holding 108mil shares: maybe a reverse merger, but then he would have to swallow accumulated debts(or is there a way out?). second possibility: He´ll pay one of those doubtful pennystock pusher PR companies to drive this stock to the moon and then sell the shares he bought at an average price of say 0.005 - 0.01 and makes a bucket full of money out of the let´s say 15k bucks that he spent so far...any better ideas?
