The guy at the SEC can't tell us inside info. BUT he said that other companies that have gone down this road have gone to the de-listed graveyard. Remember the SEC could care less about us. There going to fine the hell out of these companies and leave investors hi and dry and pat there backs and hi five each other over drinks at the end of the day. I pray that I'm wrong but lets look at the facts.

The number that was posted is the number for the judges chambers. I kept the guy on the line demanding over and over some crumbs of news. That's all I could get out of him is that there is a deal worked out. Think about the word deal...I don't recall us getting invited to this deal buffet. Like I said Rudy was playing Monty Hall to save his "A##" from Bubba.
