Still not possible without an SEC filing, shares need to be registered before a TA could even announce they exist, just like the last A/S increase needed to be voted on and registered with the SEC before any conversions could take place. This is a fully reporting OTCBB company/stock, you can't just pull random numbers out of your ass for an A/S count. I don't believe the numbers unless Raley or Watford report them in the next 10Q. Will e-mail them and see what response I get.
