Well it's going to be interesting to see how this all plays out in the bankruptcy courts.

I would think there will be enough complaints lodged with the SEC to ultimately effect who gets to oversee reorganization.

I don't imagine that Swift, Biggs, Burg nor Basu will walk away from this thing unscathed.

One head cannot contain all wisdom.
