The stock had a brief run up over the $1 mark last December or so due to
the results of the High Purity Quartz testing...this stuff is used in
Metallurgical Silicone, which is used in the Solar Industry. That sector
was very hot a year ago. When we started on the company about 3 years ago
it was languishing around 15 to 20 cents and had a lot of cheap positions
owned by people that were sellers. Our clients have cleaned out much of
the overhang on this stock and were also responsible for the climb over a
dollar. They are all holders.

The company is in the late stages of Permitting the first mine (there are
two separate and distinct mines). This process is time consuming but we
are nearing the end.
