I wonder if Robert Miranda will make Fullenkamp follow any SEC Laws????

I would be amazed if he would put his signature on any documents from Victory.....as soon as I find an email address or way of contacting this gentleman, I will makes sure he knows what to look for and where the skeletons are most likely buried. Would love to meet this gentleman at a Shareholder Meeting.

Robert Miranda....take a look at Fullenkamp's less than fair (a total rip off to shareholders) employment contract that he wrote himself. It allows him to take stock for compensation at over a 99% discount to the market price!!!!!!

You need to go back and change this and all the illegal stock issuances Fullenkamp did based on this unfair contract. (and most likely illegal contract)

He issued 200,000,000 million shares to himself on May 2, 2008 when our market was at $.20 and his cost was $0.001 a share!!!!!!!!!
