Could be a blessing in disguise. The KRON sale is pending IMO.



"Young Broadcasting, Inc. (the “Company”) and its counsel are completing the review and revision of the disclosure contained in the Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2008. As a result, the Company could not timely file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period without unreasonable effort or expense. The Company anticipates filing the report within the five day extension period."
