Now we need to learn from our stupidity and certainely no longer buy shares from a company on the pink .
OTCBB have a lot of scams runing there too but not that much than on the pinksheets .
The first problem with the pink is the financials that are not require its totaly impossible for shareholders to exactly know the assets from a company to know exactly what are the restricted shares etc .
I have hard to understand how this can be called public company .
Public company mean you can read the financials and know for what is used the money of the company etc .....
