Just playing devil's advocate, but where's #3 and #4...

3) Judge postpones again and nothing happens (no buyout or reorganization)
JPM and FDIC WIN and WE LOSE

4) Judge denies the 4.4B to WMI
JPM AND FDIC WIN and WE LOSE

I believe WMI is entitled to the money but this deal wouldn't have been done if crooks like the FDIC and JPM weren't in bed together.

I'm in this for a chance, but I have absolutely no faith in our government or judicial system and believe big governement will win in the end as it always does.
