Strass, here are three realities:

1. SEO is in no hurry to sell his ERHE shares. You heard David Bovell's quote, I assume.

2. Addax is in no hurry to drill deep ocean until oil prices settle at a price that they do settle at. (down or up from here)

Then Addax will make it's rig contracts or use the AA.


3. Or if Addax can get an ROO at a price Gandur believes is cheap enough they could do a contract.
