OT Marin is just a beautiful county. The bay between it and SF and the coast not far away. Mill Valley, Sausalito and some of the other small towns are just fabulous,some with growth restrictions that keep them quaint but with such appeal very expensive from a mean cost of housing. Deals can be found. North Marin has some easy to find reasonable housing with terrific access SF...PM me if you want more of what I know. I no longer live in the area but love it. MWC
