"If that decision is negative, I will advise the investor forums immediately, so that there is no avoidance of the issue. If the decision is yes, or we do not yet hear on the 11th, no public advice will be made prior to receiving the consent of the legal department of that major account."

So he is saying if they (NA) say 'no' he will inform the investor forums (which ones). If we don't hear anything, then it's a deal but then again if we don't hear anything it might not be because they haven't told WNBD.
In other words, unless we receive bad news, there might be bad news or not. Shareholders will be left hanging again IMO
