Sounds to me like Legal Jargon they have to say, to me it sounds like they have to convey a copy of the "Termination of the Lease agreement" to Ag-Pro, so Ag Pro can't say, well we didn't know, we weren't informed of the termination. Basically serving a copy of the termination to Ag Pro, now it's probably up to Ag Pro to apply for a new lease agreement if they choose to. Just my best guess based on my experience in city and township meetings and votes.
