One reason they may have gagged the T/A may be due to paperwork pertaining to share retirement(not saying that's even remotely close to THE reason...just offering a hypothetical possibility). I mean unless & until the paperwork was all filled out & filed properly with the T/A...Spongetech mgmt may have deemed that the T/A was quoting inappropriate numbers until such time as the shares were properly & officially retired right?

Anyways we already know that SPNG was on the REG SHO list for 6 straight weeks from the first part of aug to mid sept & we also know that the NSS players can then adopt more elaborate games once a company gets dropped from the SHO.

So the gamble from here(as the over-whelming majority of you already know because it's been hammered into all of our brains here for the past several weeks) is that mgmt is either telling everyone the truth...or they're misleading us all about the current share structure issues!!!

If they're telling us the truth(as I still believe they are)...then we're all in for one helluva ride. And if somehow they're not...then it's off to the next pos-land table with more casino lessons learned right...best of success to all as we wait to see what their next moves/developments are:)
