The following is an email Garland Harris. He’s still up to his old tricks of swindling money out of people with no plans of ever doing what he has promised. He continually preys on innocent peoples hope and dreams exploiting them and convincing them he is the “almighty” when it comes to raising capitol and in the end, he never fulfills his empty promise.

It's truly ashamed that Bill & Joan have to sell their house, however, this much I know, it's not because of Jim, more of the blame goes to Garland. He controls everything about their lives and UPZS. Money - what goes on with UPZS, trust me, he's pulling the strings and driving that boat. Yes, the Vowler family should have not been so trusting, but I’m sure all you know that Garland is eloquent speaker and a snake charmer in order to get what he wants and to ensure that he is control of everything. Once “money” is received from potential investors, that money goes straight to Garland’s bank account, and he in turns divides and disburses that money as he sees fit.

Below is his latest scheme to try and get new investors and mega bucks! Spread the word around, it would great if the BBB, and any and all city officials were aware of what he’s trying to so that they could put a stop to it, Any suggestions?:

Hi Guys, Please look at the article below and then read this email.
This is exactly the plan to raise billions of dollars for the capital raising campaigns that our potential Unique Pizza and Subs Franchisees are involved in. This is change we can bank on, or at least take to the bank. Our approach is just as revolutionary as Mr. Obama's approach. We, of course, have a different purpose in mind. We are changing the way capital is raised for small companies, the "little" guy or gal, people with a big dream but limited access to the scions of Wall Street. We are by-passing the "trolls" at the toll gates of capital, by allowing people to buy Troptions which they have the option to trade in for a wide products or services including free-trading stock in some cases. When people buy Troptions they get to designate the candidate (company) they are backing. All of the candidates are members of ...no, not the Republican Party, no, not the Democratic Party, but the Capital Party. It is totally legal and encouraged to vote often for these party candidates. You vote with your dollars which you use to buy Troptions. As Mr. Obama encouraged supporters to share the message of change with family, friends and others - I encourage you to do likewise regarding the candidates (companies) that you want to see elected (which in this case means fully funded).
As many of you know, with the help of Nichole, Ron, Melinda, George and many others we were able to acquire $5,000,000 for the benefit of Unique Pizza and Subs Corporation (UPZS). None of us, at the time, fully realized the power we had discovered and were wielding. Now we are well aware of what we can do and have upped the ante to our goal of acquiring up to $5,000,000 for all of our candidates. We have started with over 30 families who have the dream of opening and operating Unique Pizza and Subs restaurants at least as a spring board to a brighter financial future. Our goal is to continue working with Unique Pizza and Subs Corp. until we have helped 1000 families acquire up to $5,000,000 to become fully funded UPZS franchisees. That is a 5 Billion Dollar Goal! If Mr. Obama's team and supporters could raise well over half a billion dollars from over 3 million US donors who gave on average under $200, then what could we do out of the over 6 billion people worldwide who could contribute and if they choose to, own a piece of the action. We need your help to make the dreams of 1000 families, who are willing to work for it, come true. Take the time now to buy Troptions and designate which company you want to help. Remember: We are not accountants, attorneys, investment advisor or stock brokers and Troptions are not a security, but rather Troptions are a medium of exchange. If you choose to exchange your Troptions for free trading stock or any other security, it is important that you are cognizant of the risks, potential rewards and that you discuss this decision with a competent financial advisor or investment professional.
We are over 200 people strong adding the last 71 people in about two weeks.
If we 200 tell 5 people about our candidates and they buy $100 in Troptions that's $100,000...
if those 1000 tell 5 times $100 that's $500,000...
5000 x 5 = 25,000 x $100 = $2,500,000
25,000 x 5 = 125,000 x $100 = $12,500,000...
125,000 x 5 = 625,000 x $100 = $62,500,000...
625,000 x 5 = 3,125,000 x $100 = $312,500,000 (Here is the level the Obama campaign reached, but the average donation was higher than in our example.)
3,125,000 x 5 = 15,625,000 x $100 = $1,562,500,000 X 5 = $7,812,500,000 and we will have more than reached our dream of helping 1000 families reach their dreams.

***Note: These are broad strokes and their are many legal and tax ramifications which must be considered and complied with. We will continue our trend of using the finest legal and tax accounting firms to remain in compliance with any and all applicable laws.

Remember to "vote" with your $ for anyone in The Dream Factory, Inc., because we are The Capital Party!

Thanks,
Garland E. Harris,
President/CEO The Dream Factory, Inc.
Who's Behind Record Campaign Spending? Surprise! It's Individual Americans

As the most expensive campaign ever (finally) comes to its conclusion, there's an ongoing debate about whether the $1.6 billion raised by Presidential candidates was well spent, or even enough.
But few people could argue that the high level of engagement and donations by individual Americans is a bad thing. Over 90% of the $640 million raised by Barack Obama came from individuals, and the bulk of that was contributions under $200. John McCain also fared well among individual donors but, as with the overall tally, failed to match Obama's fund-raising with average Americans, as the following tables reveal:
Where the Money Came
