If someone would represent us as a group with our names and personal stories, i think it would carry a lot of weight with the judge especially after finding out all the things swift has done and FAILED to do. And i don't mean spend a lot on attorneys. Isn't they still a chance that a sate attorney or someone still has the power too force a board metting to have swift ousted before the judge would let the bankrupcty go through?
