could this be what happened?

DKAM owes warrants at .50 cents

Dre/Buyer wants in.
DKAM offers to pay off warrants early to anyone interested.
a few took the offer.

Dre/Buyer now has shares.
And DKAM no longer owes .50 cent warrants.
Instead, Dre/Buyer owes the difference between .20 and .50 if it rises before Feb of this coming year...otherwise...even trade.
