GG, I spoke with Bill Young today, the gag order was to blind the shorts from what steps the company is taking to solve the NSS problem. Yes, Bill stated they believe there is Naked shorting, we had a long discussion about this. I wasn't given any information that anyone else couldn't get by picking up the phone and giving him a call. He claims the shorts want the information I have been asking for...

Good luck... Once again... Company is stating through their IR that naked shorting is occuring...
