1. you are assuming the SEC gives a crap. 2. you are assuming that gaming the system would be caught with out active analysis. 3. you are assuming that anybody gives a crap outside the Co and the shareholders. 4. you are assuming that anybody would do something about it once the Co or shareholders complained.-- been there, tried that, look where we are. Didn't work with OverStock, didn't work with SPNG--So Co gotta be ever sneekier than the Shorts/MMs.
