Tampa, FL., November 7th, 2008 – Phantom Streaming, Inc. today announced a licensing agreement with GameStreamer, Inc. allowing rights to the source code for exclusive development of game streaming technology to be offered by GameStreamer, Inc. as a solution for website owners to enable them to become white label partners who will implement the Game Streaming Distribution Platform into their website and begin selling games online without worrying about the technology, infrastructure, design or content.
GameStreamer, Inc. has already secured many large partners for distribution of its game library and is rapidly expanding as interest in their Game Streaming Distribution Platform is booming. Website owners from the USA, Asia, Europe and world-wide are making inquires to implement the platform and the first store is expected to be launched by January 1st with a distribution network of over 50,000 website domains expected by June 2009 with several of the websites being in the top 3000 sites in the world based on rankings at Alexa.com.

ADD ONLINE VIDEO GAME STORE TO WWW.PHANTOM.NET

Phantom Entertainment, Inc. and GameStreamer, Inc. today announced an agreement to add a downloadable video games store to www.phantom.net. The store will offer try before you buy, outright purchase, game rentals and subscription based games through download or streaming through the GSI Enterprise Game Network. The deal will give Phantom Entertainment access to one of the world’s largest catalogs of downloadable PC games, enabled by Phantom Streaming Inc.’s StreamServ™ DRM and also RealNetwork Inc.’s ActiveMARK™ digital rights management (DRM) technologies.

Phantom Entertainment’s game store is expected to have games available for download in the coming weeks. Phantom Entertainment is the manufacturer of the Phantom Lapboard, a combination wireless keyboard, laser mouse and hard surface that makes it easy for you to work or play games from your couch, easy chair or any other comfortable setting in your home or workplace.
