YA is adding/accumulating/giving themselves as many shares as they can before this technology is ready. After the technology gets accepted, they'll own it "almost" completely. In the meantime, the shares they are converting now are getting dumped into the market, with old shareholders buying many just to lower their cost average in hopes they can get their money back on any small jump in price. When YA owns it and the market accepts our product, they'll sell it. JMO.
