Armani - you paying attention at all? It's been discussed extensively over the last couple of hundred posts.

The AS has been raised, we believe, to cover the costs of the suits and to keep the company going while the ToysRUs contract is finalized. There's a seller at .0022 that likely got common shares for payment. The company is not diluting at the bid, for sure, but the AS has gone up.

The big thing to figure out here is what the company used those shares for. There's about 75M that are unaccounted for at some point.
