yeah, both suits have been talked about extensively. Look back a few hundred posts.

The exergen suit is purely a worthless patent suit that included Kidz-Medz as collateral damage. That's really between exergen and Technimed, and Exergen doesn't have a leg to stand on

The other suit was between Kidz-Medz and Technimed for Breach of Contract in that BV was able to sell shares outside of their agreed contract area (Costco and QVC) screwing up the company's sales goals.

Sounds like the contract dispute is settled from those 'in the know' but we're waiting to hear from the company.
