Hi there jessellivermore, I agree with what you have written.

Y'all might consider that GTCB is taking the only deal available at this time---heck there is even the possibility that the loan could be paid back prior to the due date. Where is GTCB left if the deal is voted down?

I must say I never figured to see GTCB where it currently resides, but am still waiting for early next year when the fog will clear. I am not one to see Cox as an incompetent "crook", but one who is doing his best for GTCB, but then I see Cox as having much more information, to work with, than myself or, probably, others on this board. Maybe someone could contact Cox and show him all of the better deals he overlookedsmile

Of course, if GTCB management is just out to do the shareholders dirty then all of the spiteful remarks directed at GTCB management can say: "I told you so" while I will say; "gee, I ought to have listened". I still see a hopeful future and will vote yes smile Peace rveach
