As has been explained to you several times. YES the market maker.

If some people are (or someone is) selling a little at .0004, why aren't I getting any at that price? Who's getting those? The Market Maker?

ONLY the Market Makers transact shares on this board. If you want to buy any shares you can ONLY buy them from the Market Maker. If someone else is selling shares they can ONLY sell them to a Market Maker.

THAT'S HOW IT WORKS!!!

Your imaginary belief that you are buying shares from the company (and thereby supporting their efforts) is inaccurate. You are only buying shares from a Market Maker who is making a profit on them. He buys them at the 'bid' (possibly from Dutchess' broker's Market Maker) and sells them to you at his 'ask' price. (If you won't meet it, you won't get any.) He makes a profit (from you) based on his 'spread'. DNAG gets none of it, (since they had to sell the shares to Dutchess at a discounted price to the market).

If you still don't understand this, ask questions. We will be glad to explain it to you.
