jhalada - according to the dual core pic the second core is mirrored. And btw - comparing the area of the memory interfaces between the dual core pic and a 90nm Opteron die photo it is possible, that AMD turned one 128bit channel into a DDR2 interface to be able to package the CPU as DDR or DDR2 CPU.
