Only for the scammers that put this scam up to BILK!

The ONLY ones who made money on this crap are those who “CASHED” in the investments made INTO it.

SO it’s correct to say YES! This stock has YIELD PROFITS!!

But not to those who’ve invested in it, as it has for those who offered its shares for sale.

Leaving the investors staggering amongst themselves, with each Cock-eyeing the other for a hint of something to believe in.

BUT!! All is not quite lost, you can recover “SOME” losses at the expense of Uncle Sam.
This is Uncle Sam’s spanking for allowing companies like these to exist.
Part of the blame goes to the SEC for dragging their feet while looking at the evidence.
This include all the “Scapegoat” safe harbor clause and laws that seem to give these companies the “RIGHTS” to say whatever they want and not really be held accountable for it.

If you cant sell this crap “AS IS” and therefore incur a “Realized Loss” to be claimed as a deductible on your next tax filings, then contact your broker to buy it from you as a “Lump Sum” of about a penny.

This will not only list on your 1099 as a “Realized Loss” for your tax filings, but also cleans this trash out of your portfolio.

However, if I was Uncle Sam, (and the gang) I’d seek to avoid this.
I mean after all, why do nothing and end up adding to “MY” deficit by paying all these tax filers a portion of THEIR capital losses, rather than lower “MY” deficit by being PAID a portion of their Capital GAINS.. DUH!?!?

Oh well, I didn’t write the laws that governs the “State Treasury”

Psssst, hay government entities ..shhhhhh listen up…. How about making a deal with IPKL and rising the PPS just before the next tax season.
