Well we own mostly retail businesses in a not so good part of the country. Plus, WHY would TOM buy anything to help us? He will DILUTE this to death and the reverse one last time before he converts his shares and own 80%. Plus he has money from buying businesses from his friends and family and price well above the appraisal, which by the way, is what the AG in NY will look at first in my opinion. LYING TOM could have gotten away with this 5 years ago but the mood of the country is differnet and folks want to take POS like TOM and hang him high!!!!!
